Refund policy

We hope you love your order, however for any reason if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email hello@rubygraceonline.co.uk with your order number and product return details.

Returned items are at the cost of the buyer.

Any refunds can only be accepted should the item be unused and within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately any personalised items are non-refundable.

Once your item has been returned we will refund via the same payment method within 7 days.
